  I came in to pay my bill and the guys there checked over my account to help lower my bill. Checking over my data plan that was an old plan Verizon doesn't use anymore and the amount of data that I use month to month. They was able to find a much better plan for me that not only lowered my bill but also get a new phone. Went over different phones to compare from to fit my needs and wants that also helps lowering my bill. They was very helpful and answered all my questions with ease of understanding. They walked me through everything that left me very satisfied. Overall thought: These guys are here to help you and make sure you understand everything before you leave. They are not a hurry get you out the door sales people, but more of being like a close friend. Great place to do business
